Identifying Information. We may ask you to provide information that identifies you when you sign up for or wish to use certain aiinone Services. This information includes your name, registration information (which you enter yourself when you download and activate the aiinone Sleep App), the settings you choose (including with whom you wish to share information and their contact information).
Information You Give Us. When you voluntarily give us your information, such as submitting feedback or reviews to us, we collect the information that you provide.
Information collected from any devices you connect with the aiinone Sleep App including health data such as oxygen saturation (“O2”) levels and pulse rate and perfusion index.
Device and Technical Information. We automatically collect information about the devices of users of aiinone Services and the manner in which they use aiinone Services. This information includes the type of device you use to access aiinone Services, device identification number, IP address, Internet Service Provider, location data, mobile operating system, interactions, and preferences relating to your use of aiinone Services.
You are under no obligation to provide us with the data we ask you for. However, if you do not provide your personal data, you will not be able to use the aiinone Services.
Directly From You. We collect Identifying Information, You Give Us directly from you when you use, interact with, or submit information through aiinone Services.
Automatically. We automatically collect Device and Technical Information when you access, visit, install, navigate through, interact with, or otherwise use aiinone Services.
We use the personal information we collect to provide you with the aiinone Sleep App. We may also use your personal data to respond to or fulfill your requests, to ensure the security of our services, to analyze performance, fix errors, and improve our services, and to comply with applicable laws such as data protection and consumer laws.
We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of third parties.
Our Service Providers: We may transfer your personal information to our service providers, some of which may include our affiliates, as necessary for them to provide services to us in connection with our fulfilment of the purpose set out above. We rely on service providers to host and maintain the aiinone Services, develop and operate the aiinone Services, perform backup and storage services, provide customer service, transmit communications, and perform security and analytics services.
Government Agencies, Regulators and Professional Advisors: Where required by applicable law, we may disclose your personal information to government agencies and regulators (e.g., tax authorities, courts, and government authorities) to comply with our legal obligations, and to external professional advisors as necessary to defend and advance our legal interests. 1. Personal Information Protection
(1) Technical Safety Measures
We have adopted industrial standard-level measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. The technical means we use include but are not limited to de-identification (the so-called "de-identification" means the process of making personal information unable to identify or associate with the subject of personal information without the help of additional information through technical processing of personal information), or anonymous processing (the so-called "anonymous processing" means the process that the subject of personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be recovered through technical processing of personal information).
(2) We only allow employees and partners of aiinone and aiinone's affiliates who need to know this information to access personal information, and we have set up strict access permission control for this purpose. Simultaneously, we require all persons who may have access to your personal information to comply with their confidentiality obligations. If they fail to fulfill these obligations, they may be investigated for legal responsibility or their cooperation with aiinone may be suspended.

Internet environment is not completely safe, and we will try our best to ensure the safety of any information sent by you. If our physical, technical or administrative protective facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information, and damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will timely launch the emergency plan and take reasonable remedial measures, so as to minimize the impact on your personal information and other rights and interests.

(6) Internet environment is not completely safe, and email, instant messag and communication with other users are not encrypted, hence we strongly recommend that you do not send personal information through such means. Please adopt complex passwords to help keep your account secure.
2. Personal Information Storage
(2) We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting and processing irrelevant personal information. We will only retain your personal information only within the time limit required for the purpose of this clause, unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law.
(3) aiinone will use technical means to de-identify the data after collecting your personal information, and the de-identified information will not identify the subject. Please understand and agree that, in this case, aiinone has the right to use the information that has been de-identified; and without disclosing your personal information, aiinone has the right to analyze and commercialize your data.
(4) Generally speaking, we only keep your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve our purpose. If we stop operating products or services, we will notify you in the form of push notification, announcement, etc. We will retain your personal information for and only for the period necessary for the purpose and the time limit required by the Network Security Law and other laws and regulations; after this period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
aiinone Services are not directed at children under the age of 14. Children may only use aiinone’s hardware products on the instructions, under the supervision, and with the consent, of their healthcare providers and parent or legal guardian.
You may have rights under applicable data privacy and protection laws, which may include to access, review, modify or delete the personal information we hold about you. To submit a request to exercise any rights you may have under applicable privacy laws, please contact us using the contact details under “Contact Us” below and clearly describe your request. If you have rights under applicable privacy laws and your request complies with the requirements under such laws, we will give effect to your rights and respond within any mandatory timeframes as required by law.
